Job summary

Zameen.com is looking for an Accounts Associate to join our finance team in Lahore. You’ll handle invoicing, receipt posting, reconciliations and reporting, collaborating with senior staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years in accounting or AR, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus. Join us to grow your skills while contributing to precise financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting or accounts receivable, internships count.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas, VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and post receipts, especially at month end.
• Prepare aging reports and flag overdue accounts.
• Reconcile sub-ledger balances with general ledger and resolve differences.
• Track inter-company and sundry customer invoices daily.
• Support data gathering for weekly billing and management reports.
• Assist with IFRS 9 ECL workings under guidance.
• Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices and maintain records.
• Take on additional reporting and finance tasks as needed.
