Role Description

The Training Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support PalmPay’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials and modules, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and monitoring training outcomes. The Training Officer will collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business goals, maintain training records, and continuously improve learning content based on feedback and performance data. The role also involves supporting new hire onboarding and refresher training to maintain consistent service and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, including experience designing and implementing structured learning programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Employee Training skills to facilitate engaging sessions and support diverse learning styles.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and improve training effectiveness.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or customer service environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple training projects, and use digital tools and learning platforms efficiently.
