Job summary

PalmPay in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to design and deliver learning programs that equip employees to support our digital financial services. This full-time, on-site role focuses on needs assessments, material development, and hands-on training across teams.

You will collaborate with managers to align training with business goals, maintain training records, and continually improve learning content using performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing structured learning programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation of diverse learning styles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and impact.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or customer service is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop materials.
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Monitor training outcomes and improve content based on data.
• Support onboarding and refresher trainings to ensure consistent service and compliance.
