Job summary

JazzWorld in Islamabad seeks an Expert Rewards to design and deliver Total Rewards programs, ensuring market competitiveness, fairness, and sustainability. You will own employee recognition and wellbeing frameworks and report to the Stream Head Performance & Rewards Transformation.

You will monitor market data, benchmark pay against the market, simplify policies, and support the Performance team through the cycle with data insights and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• End‑to‑end experience planning and executing compensation programmes.
• Knowledge of policy development, communication, and recognition/wellness frameworks.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and data‑proficient with MS Office and HR systems.
• Articulate and able to drive stakeholder follow‑ups to closure.

Responsibilities

• Design parts of complex compensation programmes with budget awareness and market competitiveness.
• Own market pricing tools and lead remuneration benchmarking activities.
• Prepare monthly reports for CXO visibility and respond to rewards queries with recommendations.
• Improve the Recognition framework and Wellness Framework with aligned programs.
• Support the Performance team across goal setting, performance cycles, and pay processes.
