Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking an Expert Rewards to design and deliver Total Rewards programs, ensuring market competitiveness, fairness, and financial sustainability. You will own employee recognition and wellbeing frameworks and benchmark pay against market trends.

You will partner with Performance and HR teams, run market surveys, and produce monthly rewards insights for CXO leadership, while ensuring policy clarity and governance across incentive payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in rewards/compensation.
• End-to-end experience planning compensation programmes and incentive/benefit plans.
• Analytical, data-driven with strong policy communication skills.

Design rewards, recognition and wellbeing programs for JazzWorld

As Expert Rewards, you will support the design, planning and delivery of JazzWorld’s Total Rewards programmes, ensuring they are market-competitive, fair and financially sustainable. You will own the employee recognition and wellbeing frameworks, bringing global best practice to strengthen our culture of celebration. You will report directly to the Stream Head Performance & Rewards Transformation.

You will keep market intelligence current through salary and benefits surveys, benchmark our pay against the market and keep our policies simple, current and well understood. You will also support the Performance team through key phases of the performance cycle, connecting performance outcomes with reward decisions.

What you’ll own

• Design parts of complex compensation programmes that bring long-term change to compensation offerings and policies with optimal budget utilization, and evolve total rewards for a competitive talent landscape.
• Deliver a differentiated, rewarding experience for all employees through a targeted rewards strategy, treating employees with the same customer-first mindset JazzWorld applies to its customers.
• Maintain market pricing tools and data, and be JazzWorld’s focal point for market remuneration surveys, benchmarking pay against the market.
• Review people policies quarterly against market intelligence, and develop and simplify policies and the sales compensation governance model, with controls across incentive pay-outs.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports giving CXO-level visibility of rewards insights, and resolve rewards queries with independent recommendations in complex situations.
• Improve the Recognition framework and run the Wellness Framework with innovative, inclusive programmes aligned with global practice and JazzWorld values.
• Support the Performance team across goal setting, mid-year check-in and year-end review, including launch readiness, participation tracking and progress reports.
• Prepare data extracts for calibration, the Annual Bonus and Annual Salary Review (ASR), answer operational performance queries from HRBPs and line managers, and track UPLIFT cases for timelines and documentation.

• Pay is benchmarked against the market using current survey data.
• Policies are simple, current, well understood and applied with strong controls.
• CXO-level visibility of rewards insights is delivered every month.

• Performance cycle phases run smoothly, with open actions closed on time.

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Have end-to-end experience planning and executing compensation programmes, with knowledge of incentive and benefit plans.
• Are well versed in policy development and communication, and in employee recognition and wellness frameworks.
• Are analytical, detail-oriented and data-proficient, with advanced Microsoft Office and HR systems skills.
• Articulate clearly and can drive stakeholder follow-ups to closure.
