Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop management.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Understanding of product listings, order management, promotions, and sales analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s TikTok Shop account.
- Upload products, update listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor orders, inventory, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to plan promotions and product campaigns.
- Monitor shop performance, sales, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns, discounts, and affiliate collaborations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Achieve sales targets and drive TikTok Shop revenue growth.
