Adsinitiatorz in Multan, Pakistan, is seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop Account Manager for a US-market client portfolio. This full-time, on-site role requires evening shift 1:30 PM–9:00 PM and a salary of PKR 45,000 per month.

You will manage daily account operations, optimize GMV Max campaigns, and coordinate affiliate/creator campaigns, with strong English, Seller Center expertise, and familiarity with Kalodata, EchoTik and FastMoss.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on TikTok Shop account management experience.
Fluent knowledge of GMV Max, Seller Center operations, and the affiliate/creator marketplace.
Hands-on experience with Kalodata, EchoTik, and FastMoss.
Current knowledge of the TikTok Shop platform, including interface and terminology.
Strong written and spoken English for US client communication.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for assigned TikTok Shop client accounts, including listings, catalog health, promotions, and Seller Center.
Set up and optimize GMV Max campaigns, including Target ROI, Max Delivery, budget pacing, and issue diagnosis.
Run affiliate and creator marketplace strategy, including creator recruitment, Target Collaboration campaigns, and commission structuring.
Monitor account health metrics such as SPS, IMDR, and AHT, and act before issues threaten account standing.
Reconcile GMV Max advertising spend.
