Formación

• Proven experience managing TikTok Seller Central UK or other TikTok Shop platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s e-commerce features, policies, and algorithms.
• Excellent skills in listing optimization, campaign management, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and influencer collaborations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeableTikTok Seller Central UK Expert to join our growing e-commerce team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience managingTikTok Shop Seller Central (UK), optimizing product listings, handling campaigns,

and drivingsales performance through TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Office Timing: 12 PM - 9 PM

Responsibilities

1. TikTok Shop Management

• Manage and operate TikTok Seller Central (UK) daily.
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory).
• Optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion rates.
• Handle orders, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop promotions, flash sales, and discount campaigns.
• Work with influencers and creators to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to increase ROI.
• Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policies, guidelines, and algorithm updates.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Identify high-performing products and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.

4. Content & Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with the creative team for TikTok video promotions linked to Seller Central.
• Ensure alignment between TikTok content, ads, and product listings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and sales funnel efficiency.

5. Account Compliance & Maintenance

• Ensure all listings and operations comply with TikTok Shop UK regulations.
• Manage performance metrics to maintain a healthy seller account rating.
• Handle disputes and communicate with TikTok Seller Support when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Seller Central UK or other TikTok Shop platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s e-commerce features, policies, and algorithms.
