The role requires 2+ years of TikTok Shop experience, English proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive measurable sales and GMV growth across accounts.

Qualifications

About the Role

You will own growth strategy, shop operations, affiliate partnerships, content initiatives, and paid advertising, with accountability for measurable sales and GMV growth.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of proven TikTok Shop experience, including private-label brands and measurable sales or GMV growth.
• Hands-on experience with Seller Center, affiliate recruitment, creator management, product seeding, promotions, and marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of TikTok advertising, conversion-focused content, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing multiple TikTok Shop accounts or brands.
• Excellent written and verbal English, strong organization, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently identify performance issues, prioritize actions, and execute growth initiatives.
• Experience with an established brand or eCommerce agency is preferred.

Tools and Platforms

• TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Business Center, Creative Center, affiliate and creator tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with FastMoss, Kalodata, EchoTik, Euka-type tools, or similar research platforms is preferred.

Candidate Expectations

Candidates should demonstrate private-label brand growth, productive affiliate partnerships, and successful product launches. General social media posting experience alone does not meet the requirements.
