Job summary

Meezab Group in Lahore seeks a ticketing specialist to manage air bookings for Umrah and Hajj groups and individuals. You will collaborate with sales and airline partners to secure seats at the right fares, and ensure timely delivery of itineraries.

Responsibilities include booking, reissues, refunds, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports. Strong English and Urdu are required; Arabic is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel company.
• Working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.
• Good understanding of Umrah group bookings and airline fare rules.
• Clear spoken English and Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
