Qualifications

• For retired armed forces personnel, the candidate must be retired at the rank of Hawaldar/JCO or equivalent having minimum 15 years of service.
• Minimum qualification is Matric.
• Maximum age limit is 15 years.
• For civilian the requirement is Intermediate with relevant experience of 3-4 years on supervisory role in any private firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise security personnel during their shift.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.
• Ensure serviceability of firefighting equipment and adherence to fire safety norms.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security threats and take corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, environment and safety management system requirements.
