Job summary

Midas Safety Pakistan seeks a sales coordinator with 1–2 years of textile experience to drive customer partnerships and coordinate internal activities.

You will forecast orders, communicate yarn and glove demand to factories, perform monthly variance analyses, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service levels.

You will analyze market opportunities to grow topline and strengthen the sales pipeline in current and new markets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant textile experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support internal activities to maintain high customer service and meet sales targets; manage relationships with key customers.
• Forecast orders and communicate yarn and glove demand to factories; share analysis with line manager to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct monthly customer sales variance analysis and coordinate with customers on order trends to fulfill monthly orders.
• Deliver consistent customer experience and analyze complaints to provide timely resolutions.
