Responsibilities

• Execute and manage orders by creating internal orders in OCMS.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to meet product requirements.
• Lead pre-production activities including PP, testing, and TOP samples.
• Continuously track order and sample status and update the Marketing Executive.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding sampling and production status.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and regularly update TNA.
• Manage inspections as per customer requirements.
