Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to explain textile products, features, quality considerations, and commercial terms clearly.
• Prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence in negotiation, objection handling, and closing sales discussions.
• Basic understanding of sales targets, customer records, order coordination, and reporting.
• Good organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use spreadsheets, email, and common office or customer-tracking tools.
• Professional conduct, initiative, resilience, and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential customers and business opportunities within relevant textile markets.
• Present textile products, specifications, pricing information, and service benefits to prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, respond to inquiries, and support order coordination.
• Prepare sales updates, maintain accurate customer records, and report market feedback to management.
• Monitor competitor activity, customer preferences, and market trends to support sales planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure timely fulfillment and positive customer experiences.
