Job summary

• Expertise in master production planning and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle MRP.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership of a seven-person team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute master production plans and weekly/monthly schedules.
• Coordinate material planning with procurement and merchandising for fabrics and trims.
• Balance production lines based on capacity planning techniques.
• Manage Time & Action calendar through all production stages.
• Monitor WIP levels and reduce dead stock and holding costs.
• Produce performance reports focusing on on-time and in-full delivery.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S to improve efficiency and workplace organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of seven, enabling cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage ERP and reporting tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure safety and quality across manufacturing operations.
