Dekalb Trade Voice is seeking a Cut-to-Pack Production Manager to oversee the complete garment and glove manufacturing process in Sialkot. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a cut-to-pack environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial sewing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabric issuance, pattern cutting, sublimation/printing, stitching, finishing, and packing to meet schedules.
• Balance production lines and optimize workflows to maximize machine usage and operator productivity.
• Enforce SOPs and quality checkpoints to minimize alterations and rework.
• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and shop floor departments to synchronize schedules and resources.
• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring of operators and supervisors.
• Implement lean principles (5S, Lean Six Sigma) to continuously improve production and reduce waste.
