• Convert customer orders into actionable production plans.
• Ensure timely availability of required accessories to prevent delays.
• Monitor planned versus actual production performance against KPIs.
• Drive cost optimization through efficient machine utilization and workforce planning.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices for continuous improvement.
• Utilize ERP and MIS systems for production tracking and forecasting.
