• Supervise and coordinate a team of three staff members including warehouse helpers and store assistants to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Inspect incoming shipments ensuring compliance with goods received notes (GRN) and company quality standards.
• Maintain detailed daily records of stock movement, inventory adjustments, and compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols within the storage area.
• Conduct periodic store audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions for inventory accuracy and stock loss prevention.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis purposes to improve inventory control and operational efficiency.
