Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and manufacturing sectors. The role involves building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

You will work on-site in Lahore Kot Lakhpat, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams while traveling as required to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, solvents, and cosmetics industries.

We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products, and to build strong relationships with customers across the chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to B2B customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in manufacturing and other relevant industries.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Work on-site in Lahore and travel as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
• Good knowledge of industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, solvents, and cosmetics industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to sell and negotiate.
• Relationship-building skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Honesty and integrity, with the ability to manage customer collections.
