Job summary

People Perfect is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products. You will cultivate relationships across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and manufacturing sectors from Lahore Kot Lakhpat and nearby regions.

In this role, you will identify new opportunities, meet sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, chemistry, or a related field.
3–5 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals or related industries.
Good knowledge of industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and manage customer collections.

Responsibilities

Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to B2B customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and related sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in manufacturing and other relevant industries.
Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Work on-site in Lahore and travel as required.
