Job summary

METRO Pakistan invites a Territory Sales Manager – Trade in Field Force to lead strategic sales across our wholesale centers. You will develop and execute plans, target assigned customer segments, and expand product baskets in Dry Food categories like Detergents & Toiletries and Sweets & Confectionery.

You will analyze customer trends, identify gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Drive incremental sales by increasing article counts in customers’ baskets in Dry Food categories such as Detergents & Toiletries and Sweets & Confectionery.
• Analyze customer sales and buying trends, identify gaps, and compare objectives with outcomes after each visit.
• Enhance market and competitor knowledge to support METRO's sales strategy.
