Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead and optimize retail and franchise performance across designated markets. The role focuses on daily market visits, franchise governance, and driving key telecom KPIs through close collaboration with DO and Area Manager.

The candidate will develop the franchise network, ensure stock visibility, and execute trade marketing plans to expand JazzCash and Voice services while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and channel development.
• Ability to build and maintain franchise relationships.
• Proven track record achieving sales KPIs in retail networks.

Responsibilities

• Visit markets daily to conduct spot checks and retail audits on stock visibility.
• Manage assigned franchise(s) on a daily basis and ensure reports from Area Manager are followed.
• Build relationships with franchise staff and distributors to streamline operations.
• Focus on retail and distribution network development through franchise engagement.
• Drive KPI targets for Recharge, JazzCash, Postpaid, Prepaid, and device sales.
