Job summary

Kamayi is looking for a Technical Sales Officer to represent the Mukammal brand in Pakistan. This role involves driving sales through farmer engagement and managing relationships with dealers and retailers. Successful candidates will have a strong field presence with a proven sales track record and a bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.

The Technical Sales Officer will be tasked with achieving sales targets and providing agronomic support to farmers, while also maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Business Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of field sales experience in the fertilizer or crop protection industry.
• Existing relationships with farmers and dealers in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for Mukammal's fertilizer range.
• Conduct farm visits to promote Mukammal's products.
• Manage dealer relationships and ensure inventory levels.
