Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Executive, Telesales – Future Talent Pipeline (Pakistan) to identify and onboard new restaurants and home chefs onto the platform. The role includes managing incubation and account management for a month to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained growth.

You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct offline partner searches, build strong relationships, qualify leads, present the value of joining our platform, negotiate terms, and meet acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• MBA, BBA or B.Com from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Leads: Handle incoming inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs.
• Offline Search: Research potential partners through offline channels like directories and events.
• Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships and explain services, benefits and pricing.
• Qualify Leads: Assess potential partners against criteria to meet quality standards.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations over the phone.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with partners.
• Onboarding: Assist in onboarding and provide necessary information/resources.
• Meet Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.
