Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a seasoned professional to own the technical interface with customers, lead pre-sales and project management activities, and coordinate across DIS/Thales teams for card-based security solutions.

The candidate will understand customer technical needs, draft specifications, and guide risk and budget considerations while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• An additional degree in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in smart card or related technical environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Customer and business oriented.
• Good creative intelligence (design, conceptualisation).
• Be tenacious in solving problems.
• Organized, rigorous and autonomous.
• Willingness to travel within Middle-East.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Technical Interface to the customer.
• Pre-Sales Support and Project Management (Customer Project Owner).
• Coordinate with DIS/Thales teams on project delivery and milestones.
• Prepare and present technical specifications, test plans, and validations.
• Provide technical support and guidance during integration and deployment.
• Liaise with sales and marketing to align product roadmap with customer needs.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
