Job summary

SummitLogic is seeking an Information Security Analyst to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems. You will partner with IT teams to identify threats, assess risks, and implement controls to protect sensitive data from cyber threats.

The role emphasizes hands-on protection, incident response planning, and staying updated on security practices. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, with CISSP/CISM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, tools and technologies.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
