Contour Software, a Cayenta entity, seeks a Technical Consultant to support ERP/CIS environments running on Azure and on‑premises. You will operate, maintain, and continuously improve live customer systems and the related support experience.

You will work with Azure, Linux/Windows, containers, databases, and security, building automation and participating in AI‑driven improvements across managed services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, systems administration or cloud infra.
• Experience with Azure, SQL Server and Docker.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP/CIS systems on-prem and Azure for multiple customers.
• Lead or support ERP/CIS implementations and onboarding.
• Maintain and secure Linux/Windows VMs, containers, databases, and network security.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, patching, and maintenance tasks.
• Create documentation and perform knowledge transfers with the team.
• Deliver monthly system reports and assist in AI-driven initiatives.
