Job summary

Contour Software, a CSI Global Centre, seeks an AI Engineering & Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption across software development and QA. You will design, implement, and scale practical AI solutions, establish engineering standards, and enable business units to realize measurable AI value.

You will align with development and stakeholder teams to embed AI into day-to-day workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate innovation with guardrails for responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using modern AI platforms and LLMs.
• Develop reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and standards for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Guide teams in building scalable, secure AI solutions.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices across development and QA teams.
• Promote use of AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot.
• Enable AI-driven code generation, testing, debugging, docs, analysis, and deployment.
• Establish guardrails and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
• Help teams measure and improve productivity through AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, quality, and outcomes with AI.
• Enable R&D teams to adopt AI solutions in a governed, outcome-focused manner.
• Design and support AI enablement programs.
• Support AI-focused training and workshops to build adoption capabilities.
• Share best practices and adoption patterns across teams.
• Create implementation guidance, playbooks, and knowledge assets for AI engineering.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and QA teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define AI roadmaps and priorities.
• Support solution planning and technical decision-making for strategic AI initiatives.
