Contour Software within Cayenta is seeking a Technical Consultant to join the Managed Services & Technical Operations (TechOps) team. You will help keep ERP/CIS environments running securely on Azure and on-premises, delivering reliable, scalable operations and strong support experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in technical support or system administration, hands-on Azure and SQL Server experience, and familiarity with automation and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, system administration, or related fields.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on Docker experience and basic scripting.
• Knowledge of SSO, AD, and conditional access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ERP/CIS systems on-prem and in Azure as primary/secondary consultant.
• Support deployment, onboarding, and integration projects (Azure).
• Maintain and harden infrastructure, including VMs, containers, and databases.
• Administer core platform services (identity, storage, secrets).
• Build automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and patching.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.
• Deliver monthly system reports and maintain internal documentation.
