Job summary

Contour Software’s Cayenta division seeks a Technical Consultant to join the TechOps team. You will manage ERP/CIS environments on Azure and on‑prem, ensuring security, reliability, and high availability. The role is hands‑on, focusing on operating live customer systems and improving the support experience.

Key focus areas include automation, AI‑assisted tooling, patching, and alerting, with opportunities to work across Linux/Windows, databases, identity, and networking within Azure ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP/CIS environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple projects.
• Experience with Azure, Linux/Windows, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP/CIS systems on prem and Azure as primary or secondary consultant.
• Support complex ERP/CIS implementation and onboarding projects (Azure).
• Operate, maintain, and harden customer infrastructures for reliability and security.
• Build automation and scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Deliver monthly system reports and maintain internal documentation.
