Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of IT technical engineer experience.
• Solid knowledge of network best practices and TCP/IP.
• Experience with firewall, UTM, network security and wireless tech.
• CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face on-site support for customers.
• Assist with POC, demonstrations, presentations, and technical exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues; provide training to partners and customers.
• Provide remote support via phone, email and other channels.
