Job summary

Techsurge Private Limited seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead Core Banking implementations of FLEXCUBE. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams, review requirements, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 6–10 years of FLEXCUBE hands-on experience, strong banking domain knowledge, and excellent SDLC expertise. You will drive SRS development, training sessions, and smooth production cutovers.

Qualifications

6–10 years hands-on FLEXCUBE experience in design and implementation.
Strong understanding of Core Banking functions and banking operations.
Solid SDLC knowledge and ability to drive solutions end-to-end.
In-depth domain knowledge across General Ledger, Loans, Teller ops, payments.

Responsibilities

Lead as BA for Core Banking FLEXCUBE implementations, coordinating onsite/offshore teams.
Review requirements against systems and propose effective solutions.
Create and manage System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and test plans.
Guide development on banking concepts and verify functionality delivered by teams.
Drive issue triage, training sessions, and user acceptance in product parameterization.
