Job summary

IKONIC is offering a structured HR internship for fresh graduates to kick off their careers in human resources. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real HR projects that shape our people and culture.

There are 3 openings in the Human Resources department. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, post openings, source candidates, screen resumes and coordinate with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Certification in a relevant field is a plus (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical roles such as developers, engineers and designers.
• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other digital channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and schedule interview with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support employer branding through content, outreach and event coordination.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analytics and hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate with the IT team to automate or improve recruitment workflows.
