Hexa Labes Technologies is seeking a Business Development professional to join our growing BD team in Lahore, Pakistan. The mid-level position focuses on building relationships, lead generation, and closing new business opportunities in the software industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage LinkedIn and digital channels, and drive client acquisition with strong communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree required with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in IT/software).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
