Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL is seeking a Certified International Specialist to strengthen our Insanely Customer Centric team in Pakistan’s Punjab region. You will lead pickup and delivery operations, monitor courier performance, and ensure on‑time service.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to resolve shipment issues, drive route optimization, and maintain shipment visibility while following DHL policies and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pickup and delivery operations, monitor courier performance, ensure on-time pickups and RDD.
• Coordinate with service and ops teams to resolve shipment issues and service incidents.
• Drive route optimization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, SOPs, and HSE while maintaining shipment visibility and reports.
• Support targets by maximizing pickups, improving service, coaching couriers, and addressing challenges.

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead Pickup & Delivery operations by monitoring courier performance, ensuring on-time pickups, Right Day Delivery (RDD), and compliance with DHL service standards.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve shipment exceptions, delivery issues, export-related concerns, and customer service incidents.
• Drive operational excellence through route optimization, performance monitoring, GEMBA activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, GSOP requirements, SOPs, and HSE standards while maintaining accurate shipment visibility, scanning compliance, and operational reporting.
• Support departmental and revenue targets by maximizing pickup opportunities, improving service quality, coaching couriers, and proactively addressing operational challenges.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of software/technical skills (MS Office, CRMs).
• Good Interpersonal Time Management & People Management skills.
