Job summary

OLX Pakistan is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to elevate the organization’s capabilities and skills alignment. This role identifies training needs, designs initiatives, and cultivates a strong learning culture to boost productivity across employees.

It bridges competency gaps with targeted programs and collaborates with stakeholders to roll out training calendars, develop materials, and measure training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Bachelor or Master in a business field.
• Proficient in MS Office and related business tools (CRM, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage all training needs of the organization (new hire, product & system, performance management).
• Conduct trainings on generic skills and orientation programs.
• Run full-cycle TNA with stakeholders.
• Roll out training calendar aligned to needs.
• Oversee training courses/materials and evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop facilitation and coaching skills in line managers.
