Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and market evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in business planning and Takaful portfolio development.
• Project management to coordinate Takaful-related initiatives.
• Sales capability to support acquisition and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Takaful business by identifying opportunities and market potential.
• Support sales teams and implement business development plans.
