Role Description

The Takaful Executive Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This position focuses on developing and expanding Takaful business by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales teams, and implementing business development plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis for Takaful products, assisting in business planning initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective project execution. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting training and development activities for the sales force, and maintaining strong communication channels with key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
