Role Description

The Team Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad District. The Team Manager will oversee a team of insurance sales and customer service professionals, ensuring that performance targets, service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. Daily responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, allocating tasks, monitoring individual and team performance, and providing regular feedback and reporting to senior management. The role also involves supporting staff in managing client relationships, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The Team Manager will collaborate with other departments to improve processes, enhance service quality, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
