Job summary

Khyber Medical University requires a Sustainability Officer on a contract basis for a donor-funded project, based in Islamabad, with a fixed term of one year.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate degree in health/public/social sciences, plus at least five years’ experience in fundraising, business planning, revenue models, and external partnerships; familiarity with Pakistan’s nonprofit regulatory framework is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum required qualification: Undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
• Preference will be given to post-graduate degree holders in Health Sciences, Public Health, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
• A minimum of five (05) years of experience in developing business plans, revenue models, fundraising, entrepreneurship, social-enterprise experience, and costed service offerings for an organization.
• Proven ability to attract external funding, registering or operating within Pakistan's nonprofit/company regulatory environment (e.g., SECP, FBR, trust/society law), or equivalent experience with legal entity formation elsewhere, and managing multiorganization/collaborative partnerships.
