Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Supply Planner for our Beverages and Meals supply chain in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region. The role focuses on end‑to‑end planning, forecasting and master scheduling to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will work with plants, suppliers and demand teams to drive KPI performance while maintaining data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Supply chain or Engineering with relevant experience.
• Supply chain certification is a plus.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in Supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO and o9 is expected.
• Analytical skills to track, reconcile data and prepare management reports.
• Numerate and technically capable to handle high data volumes.
• Deliver cash, cost and service levels aligned with targets.
• Strong change management and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term supply plans for items produced internally and externally.
• Create replenishment and production forecasts and ensure timely publication.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans.

You will be responsible forproduction planning of SKUs on specific manufacturingassets. You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through to finitescheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers and demand to ensure aproper flow of information and operational execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for itemsproduced internally and externally
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finishedgoods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacityconsiderations)and material requirement plans by using system tools
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate,inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

Supply planner, Beverages and Meals, GDM and KSA has to manage the generation of replenishment and production forecasting information for BIC, ensuring accuracy of information and timeliness of publication and ensuring that mid- to long-term supply plan is in line with business plans. Optimize inventory across the supply chain. The planner will also interact with plants in MEU (Germany, Spain) and ANZ

Education / Certifications:

• Requires a degree in Supply chain, Engineering.
• Supply chain certification is a plus.

Job specific requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Supply chain preferably in planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO, o9 (added advantage)
• Analytical skills in the tracking, reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making.
• Numerate and Technical skills to ensure robustness and integrity of the high volume of data produced.
• Deliver cash, cost and service levels in line with targets
• Change Management skills
• Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics.
