Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Supply Planner for our Beverages and Meals supply chain in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region. The role focuses on end‑to‑end planning, forecasting and master scheduling to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will work with plants, suppliers and demand teams to drive KPI performance while maintaining data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Supply chain or Engineering with relevant experience.
Supply chain certification is a plus.
At least 4–5 years of experience in Supply chain planning.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO and o9 is expected.
Analytical skills to track, reconcile data and prepare management reports.
Numerate and technically capable to handle high data volumes.
Deliver cash, cost and service levels aligned with targets.
Strong change management and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

Develop short- and long-term supply plans for items produced internally and externally.
Create replenishment and production forecasts and ensure timely publication.
Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans.
Analyze root causes for continuous improvement of the plan.
Maintain data integrity across planning systems.
Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and demand to optimize inventory and KPIs.
