Job summary

Textile City Inc. in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics, coordinating shipments from end to end.

The role requires a BBA in Supply Chain Management with 2 years of relevant experience in home textile manufacturing or export, plus strong Excel and ERP skills to maintain ERP records and generate reports.

Qualifications

• BBA in SCM or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Experience in home textile, textile manufacturing, export, or trading preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/SCM software preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from order placement to final shipment.
• Monitor POs, FPOs, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain TNA plans for customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding raw materials, accessories, and production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and shortage inventory.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to develop weekly/monthly inventory movement plans.
• Monitor production progress against delivery dates.
• Track shipment booking, container status, ETD, ETA, and port-related information.
• Ensure all shipment/logistics documents are available on time.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply chain reports.
• Analyze supply chain delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate ERP/Excel records for POs, inventory, production, and shipments.
• Support management in improving cost efficiency and supply chain performance.
