Job summary

IBM Consulting in Pakistan is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Core HR consultant to design, deploy, and optimize Employee Central solutions for Enterprise clients. You will configure rules, workflows, MDF objects, and integrations, advise on best practices, and guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle while delivering training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR, including Employee Central configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with EC integrations, data exchange, and interface protocols.
Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules and their integration with Employee Central.
Experience analyzing client requirements to design HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs and enable strategic initiatives.
Provide expert consulting to understand clients' processes and guide them through the implementation process.
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central functions (business rules, workflows, MDF objects).
Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
Analyze client requirements to tailor solutions that meet business needs.
