IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Core HR to design and deploy HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will guide clients through implementation, leveraging your expertise in Employee Central and EC integrations to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR including Employee Central.
Hands-on knowledge of EC integrations and data exchange.
Familiarity with multiple SuccessFactors modules and their integration with Employee Central.
Strong requirements analysis and ability to design tailored HR tech solutions.
Proven ability to design HR technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy HR technology solutions meeting client needs.
Provide expert consulting through the implementation process.
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central functions, including workflows and MDF objects.
Deliver training and post-implementation support to ensure adoption.
Analyze client requirements to tailor solutions that deliver business value.
