Canonical Tutors is seeking a Student Services Coordinator for its Islamabad office to coordinate students, tutors and UK-based clients.

You will match students with suitable tutors, book lessons, schedule sessions and handle client administration in a fast-paced, professional environment, using CRM/TutorCruncher and internal systems. Strong English and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Professional communication with UK-based parents and tutors.
• Organisation and time management.
• Attention to detail for lesson times, tutor matching, client information and records.
• Basic to strong computer skills, including email, WhatsApp, browsers, documents and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Match students with suitable tutors based on subject, level, requirements and availability.
• Book trial and regular lessons using internal systems.
• Coordinate lesson schedules between clients and tutors.
• Support student, tutor and client administration.
