Role Description

The Student Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. This role involves managing the entire student recruitment cycle, including engaging prospective students, conducting consultations, and guiding them through university and program selection. The Student Recruitment Manager will oversee application processes, maintain relationships with partner institutions, and ensure timely follow-up with students and families. Daily responsibilities include organizing information sessions, collaborating with counseling and marketing teams on outreach initiatives, tracking recruitment performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or database systems. The role also requires staying current with international education trends, visa requirements, and institutional updates to provide accurate, reliable guidance.

Qualifications

• Student advising and counseling skills, including the ability to understand student goals, recommend suitable programs, and provide clear guidance on application processes.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information confidently, conduct one-on-one and group sessions, and build trust with students and families.


• Organizational and administrative skills, such as managing multiple applications, maintaining detailed records, and following structured workflows and deadlines.


• Relationship management skills for working with universities, agents, and internal teams to support student placements and collaborative initiatives.


• Knowledge of international higher education systems, admission requirements, and student visa processes for destinations such as the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.


• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or database systems to track leads, applications, and outcomes effectively.


• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.


• Prior experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or university admissions is highly desirable.


• Ability to work onsite in Karachi, meet performance targets, and maintain a student-centered, ethical approach in all interactions.
