Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join the Sales Operations team in Islamabad. You will transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support multiple projects that scale our operations and drive growth.

We value 1–3 years in BI or sales ops, expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce and SQL, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, focusing on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
