Job summary

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join our Sales Operations team in Lahore. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and support multiple initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth.

You will partner with sales leaders, ensure data integrity, and translate complex insights into compelling narratives for leadership. A strong analytics background and hands-on SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business intelligence or sales operations focusing on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; SQL mandatory; Apps Script, Hex, and N8N preferred.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional Background: 1-3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Apps Script, Hex and N8N knowledge is preferred and SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Note:

As part of the hiring process for this role, there will be an on-site round where shortlisted candidates will go through simulations that reflect real scenarios faced by analysts on our team. This includes deep-diving into raw data and crafting business narratives by leveraging data in google sheets and pulling data using SQL, a chance to showcase how you think, analyze, and communicate, beyond traditional interviews. We’re excited to flip the script & create space for real-world problem-solving in the assessment process.
