Job summary

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II in Lahore to partner with our Sales Operations team. You will drive data-driven decision making, build dashboards, and manage cross-functional projects to scale our operational model and support growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BI or sales ops, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce, and SQL. On-site work in Lahore is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Apps Script, Hex and N8N knowledge is preferred and SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
• Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
